Booking & Confirmation
- All driver bookings must be made in advance via our website or by calling +254 717 999 22.
- A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us.
Driver Responsibilities
- Our drivers will follow all traffic laws and ensure a safe and professional driving experience.
- Drivers are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate pickup details and adhere to the agreed schedule.
- Any extra waiting time or route changes may result in additional charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid charges.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a non-refundable charge.
Liability
- Dereva Wangu is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the trip.
Payments
- Payment is required before or immediately after the service.
- We accept M-Pesa, cash, and other agreed payment methods.
Right to Refuse Service
- Dereva Wangu reserves the right to decline service to clients who are intoxicated, abusive, or pose a safety risk to the driver.
